By accessing or using the Canarics platform, you agree to these terms. Canarics is an enterprise voice AI and sales intelligence platform operated by SIA "Canarics" (reg. 40203741245), Riga, Latvia.
Canarics connects to your telephony provider (LMT, Tele2, Bite, or equivalent) and your CRM to transcribe, score, and summarize business calls. Canarics is a B2B tool for sales, support, and reception teams.
Canarics processes call audio and metadata supplied by your telephony provider. You acknowledge that your organization is the Data Controller for these recordings and transcripts.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding call recording and monitoring (including GDPR and national laws in the jurisdictions where you operate), which may require you to obtain consent from participants before recording. Canarics is not responsible for unlawful use of the recording or analytics features.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that exhibit patterns of abuse, such as automated robocalling, telemarketing spam, or usage significantly exceeding typical business human behavior.
By connecting your CRM (Pipedrive or equivalent) or telephony provider, you authorize Canarics to read and write data required to route calls, log activities, and sync AI summaries. Full list of sub-processors is documented in the Privacy Policy.
Canarics is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor that AI transcripts or scores are free of errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIA "Canarics" shall not be liable for any indirect damages, lost profits, or lost business opportunities arising from use of the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riga, Latvia.
